China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) –Sucursal em Angola, located at Rua Comandante Dangereux, No.77, Alvalade, Luanda, intends to carry out the construction contracting of Package 1 for the Project of Social Housing for Relocation of the Project of New Luanda Center, and hereby invites suppliers to participate in the bidding:

(I) Basic Information of the Tender Project:

Content: Site clearance of 100,000 m², red soil backfilling of 50,000 m³, as well as material supply, installation and construction for three house types (T1: 40 units, T2: 60 units, T3: 36 units), excluding supply of doors, windows, toilets, washbasins and vegetable washing basins.

Scale: Construction of 136 units with a total construction area of approximately 6,300 m².

Source of Funds:Self-raised by the Owner.

Implementation Location: Icolo e Bengo Province, Angola.

Construction Period: 7 months.

(III) Basic Requirements and Qualification Criteria for Bidders:

Invitees shall be qualified suppliers of CMEC and possess the following qualifications:

Declaração da Construção Civil e Obras Públicas, Classe 8 ou qualificação do mesmo nível em outros países; (Grade 8 Certificate in Civil Construction and Public Works of Angola, or equivalent qualification certificates from other countries)

Certidão de NIF (Tax Identification Number Certificate);

Certidão de Registo Comercial (Commercial Registration Certificate).
